My background started in design and content, which still shapes the way I approach digital strategy: make the experience clear, useful, intentional, and easy for people to act on.

Today, my work spans web experience, content strategy, search, UX, personalization, and experimentation. I enjoy taking an ambiguous business problem, figuring out what matters to the audience, and working across disciplines to turn that thinking into something real.

I'm equally comfortable zooming out to define the strategy and zooming in to refine the page, journey, message, or experience that brings it to life.

‍Outside work, I'm usually adding another coffee shop to my list, keeping up with whatever the internet has decided everyone needs to watch that week, or exploring New York.
