THE BRIEF

KISS Cosmetics needed a cohesive influencer strategy for seven affiliate beauty brands covering nails, lashes, hair tools, and makeup across a wide age range. The brand sought to engage creators, produce authentic UGC, and drive traffic and visibility through paid and organic influencer channels. I partnered with the KISS team to design campaign roadmaps, recruit creators, negotiate performance‑based contracts, and manage ongoing community touchpoints.

THE APPROACH

I built a scalable creator ecosystem grounded in both evergreen content and trending relevancy. Starting with research, we targeted influencers ranging from 5 K to 3 M followers, negotiated engagement‑driven deals, and enabled creator accounts to drive traffic back to KISS channels. We maintained a continuous stream of content, optimized for creator authenticity and brand alignment. This approach reinforced creator‑brand synergy and maximized budget efficiency across diverse beauty verticals.

KEY DELIVERABLES

Creator Network & Recruitment: Researched, recruited and managed over 120 social media influencers across Instagram and TikTok.

Budget & Negotiation: Negotiated and vetted over $400 K YTD in creator‑funding based on engagement metrics for creators within the 5 K–3 M follower range.

UGC & Content Flow: Maintained a steady pipeline of both evergreen and trend‑driven UGC posted on creator accounts, yielding strong follower‑to‑brand engagement.

Campaign Strategy: Planned six months of influencer campaign strategies across seven affiliate brands, each with tailored aesthetic and targeting.

Community & Engagement Management: Developed creator guidelines and community touchpoints within each brand’s influencer cohort to sustain momentum and authenticity.
